In repairing cracks, the cause of the crack must first be determined. If the crack is caused by structural factors such as subsidence, shear force, frame displacement, etc., the reasons must first be investigated and then repaired. Cracks caused by it, but if the cracks are caused by non-structural and surface factors, it is easier to fix the defects. In repairing deep cracks, it is necessary to inject appropriate restorative materials into the cracks, which requires effort and It has high accuracy. Crack repair includes steps such as cleaning the inside of the crack from debris, installing special hose heads to inject restorative materials, creating a cover layer for deep cracks, injecting restorative materials with pressure and sometimes with the help of a device, removing the cover layer and removing headgear and Finally, the final leveling of the repaired surfaces is smooth and uniform. Restorative materials can include a variety of epoxy materials, concrete adhesives, cement mortar, grout, etc.     با توجه به اهمیت سازه های بتنی در زندگی امروزه و استفاده از بتن در سطوح مختلف ، ترمیم قسمت های آسیب دیده سطوح بتنی به ویژه در بخش ترک ها بسیار مهم می باشد. در ترمیم ترک ها ابتدا باید علت به وجود آمدن آن ترک مشخص گردد که اگر ترک ناشی از عوامل سازه ای همچون نشست ، نیروی برشی ، جابه جایی قاب و ... باشد ، ابتدا باید آن دلائل را بررسی نمود وپس از آن اقدام به ترمیم ترک های ناشی از آن کرد ، ولی اگر ترک ناشی از عوامل غیر سازه ای و سطحی باشد ، راحت تر می توان ایرادات را رفع نمود ، در ترمیم ترک های عمیق نیاز به تزریق مواد ترمیمی مناسب به اعماق ترک می باشد که نیاز به تلاش و دقت بالائی دارد. ترمیم ترک ها شامل مراحلی همچون پاک سازی داخل ترک از ضایعات ، نصب سر شیلنگی های مخصوص جهت تزریق مواد ترمیمی ، ایجاد لایه درپوش برای ترک های عمیق ، تزریق مواد ترمیمی با فشار و گاهی با کمک دستگاه ، برداشتن لایه درپوش و حذف سرشیلنگی ها و در آخر صاف و یکنواخت کردن نهایی سطوح ترمیم شده ، می باشد. مواد ترمیمی می تواند شامل انواع مواد اپوکسی ، چسب های بتن ، ملات سیمان ، گروت و غیره می باشد. https://www.jnace.ir/article_117917_e351e860dc035f5af6f8a63eb02b10dd.pdf
