This article was done with the purpose of evaluating and selecting construction contractors. This research is a non-experimental (descriptive) based on the objective, practical and based on the method of data collection, which was conducted in a cross-sectional survey. The target community included experts, experts and decision makers in the field of contractor evaluation in organizations and companies in Semnan. Sampling was done by targeted method and finally 10 people participated in this study. To analyze the data, the combined method of DeMetal, the process of network analysis and the best-worst were used. The findings of the research showed that the criteria of quality, management ability, financial index, technical ability, reputation and health, safety and environment are in the first to sixth priority respectively. The findings of the best-worst method have shown that quality, management ability and financial index, technical ability, safety and environment and reputation are in the next ranks. Finally, suggestions were made based on the research findings. پیمانکاران نقش اصلی را در موفقیت یا شکست پروژه‌‌های ساختمانی ایفا می‌‌کنند از این رو تعیین صلاحیت و انتخاب شایسته پیمانکاران به منظور موفقیت در پروژه‌‌ها و کاهش هزینه‌‌ها از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. مقاله حاضر با هدف ارزیابی و انتخاب پیمانکاران ساختمانی انجام شد. این پژوهش براساس هدف، کاربردی و براساس شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها یک پژوهش غیرآزمایشی (توصیفی) است که به شیوه پیمایش مقطعی انجام شد. جامعه هدف شامل خبرگان، کارشناسان و تصمیم‌‌گیرندگان در حوزه ارزیابی پیمانکاران در سازمان‌ها و شرکت‌های شهر سمنان بود. نمونه‌گیری با روش هدفمند انجام شد و در نهایت 10 نفر در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش ترکیبی دیمتل، فرایند تحلیل شبکه و بهترین-بدترین استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد معیارهای کیفیت، توانایی مدیریت، شاخص مالی، توانایی فنی، شهرت و بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌‌زیست به ترتیب در اولویت اول تا ششم قرار دارند. یافته‌‌های حاصل از روش بهترین- بدترین نشان داده است کیفیت، توانایی مدیریت و شاخص مالی، توانایی فنی، ایمنی و محیط‌‌زیست و شهرت در رتبه‌‌های بعدی قرار دارند. در نهایت براساس یافته‌‌های پژوهش پیشنهاداتی ارائه شد. https://www.jnace.ir/article_174649_c6a8f28789e5b68a109a039f1045f3e4.pdf
