Abstract
In recent years there has been a push towards strong project governance. This tension has also intensified with the failure and delay in various projects. The lack of governance in companies has led to the creation of various governance laws to promote their success, and since then, projects have seen rules, regulations, reporting and supervision every day that are provided for companies and help the project team in the organization. Based on the analysis performed on the events in terms of the relationship between the success factors extracted with each of the theories of corporate governance, the theory of legalism can be considered as the main element among the various theories of corporate governance, which has the most relationship with the various success factors in Bandar Abbas road construction projects.
