مقایسه روش های یخ زدایی روسازی های آسفالتی و بتنی

چکیده

یکی از مشکلاتی که در روسازی راه­های برون شهری و فرودگاه­ها گریبان­گیر سیستم حمل‌ونقل می­شود، یخ زدن سطح روسازی و درپی آن ایجاد حادثه است. بدین منظور مطالعاتی انجام گرفته تا روش­های مقابله با این پدیده شناسایی شود. از دیرباز روش سنتی برای مقابله با این پدیده استفاده از نمک به همراه شن و ماسه در سطح راه بوده است. با توجه به خاصیت خورندگی نمک و همچنین شکستن یخ­های بزرگ و تبدیل آن به یخ کوچک که امکان پرتاب­شدن دارد، از این روش در فرودگاه­ نمی­توان استفاده کرد. به خاطر مسائل زیست محیطی هم استفاده از نمک توصیه نمی­شود. روش­های نوین مبتنی بر انرژی گرمایی از جدیدترین و مناسب‌ترین این روش­هاست. با توجه به تعدد روش­ها، همچنین مزایا و معایب آن، لازم است مطالعاتی به صورت تخصصی در این زمینه انجام شود تا در شرایط مختلف بهترین روش انتخاب شود. در این مقاله با شیوه­ی جمع­آوری اطلاعات، روش­های سنتی در کنار روش­های نوین یخ­زدایی معرفی شده است. همچنین با توجه به اینکه در حال حاضر متداول­ترین روش یخ­زدایی، استفاده از مواد شیمیایی مختلف به عنوان یخ­زدا است، این مواد به صورت کامل معرفی شده و با بررسی خواص آزمایشگاهی آن تحت آزمایش ظرفیت ذوب یخ، نفوذ در یخ و جرم کاهشی نمونه بتنی در حضور ماده یخ­زدا در سیکل­های متوالی، مواد دارای عملکرد بهتر معرفی شده است. در نهایت ماده کلسیم منگنز استات با نام اختصاری CMA در بین مواد شیمیایی مختلف، بهترین عملکرد را از خود نشان داده است.
